The training is intended to capacitate employees on the basics of value chains in agro-processing and food manufacturing sub-sector.
Organizers said, the -4 days training and field visits to Hawassa industrial sites will help employees to deliver improved service for members though shared and more knowledge about the sub-sector.
The training is part of GIZ—Agri business Cluster Support Project and Food Industries, which Addis Chamber and GIZ jointly working.
