With the new Board in place and Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce in the development of a new strategic plan, this workshop marks a crucial moment of reflection and forward thinking.
Guided by Klaus Lehn Christensen, Project Manager of the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI ) East Africa, the session tackled how bold governance and visionary leadership can steer Addis Chamber towards making greater impact.
From energizing exercises to deep dives into board performance and strategy alignment, the day set the tone for an ambitious path ahead one built on collaboration, reform, & the power of good governance.
