Addis Chamber is the oldest and a pioneering chamber in the country. Addis Chamber is also known for its rich resource archives, advocating legacy and professionalism. It is against this background that the Board of Directors of the Sheger Chamber of Commerce have paid an experience sharing visit to Addis Chamber.
Briefings were given by Addis Chamber on ways of formulating the issues and concerns of the business community and advocating for policy influence. Elaborations in areas such as membership development, capacity building, business promotion and networking and corporate leadership and governance were among others given to the visiting team. The board members expresses gratitude for they have nurtured valuable inputs that help build up Sheger Chamber of Commerce which is only 18 months old. They also expressed hope looking forward to strengthen cooperation and conclude various working agreements including MoU.
