በአዲስ አበባ ሀያት ሬጀንሲ ሆቴል የተደረገው የውል ስምምነት በሁለቱ ሀገራት መካከል ያለውን የቢዝነስ እድሎች መረጃ ልውውጥን ለማጠናከር፤ የጋራ የውይይት መድረኮችን ማመቻቸት ፤ በአቅም ግንባታ ድጋፍ፤ በልምድ ልውውጥ እና ትስስር ለመፍጠር በሚያስችሉ ጉዳዮች ዙርያ ትኩረታቸውን አድርገዋል፡፡
ይህን ስምምነት ወደ ድርጊት ለመለውጥ የሚያስችል ቁርጠኝነት እንደሚያስፈልግ በፊርማ ስነስርአቱ ወቅት ተገልጻል፡፡
ተቀማጭነቱን በአሜሪካን ሀገር ያደረገው ኢትዮ አሜሪካ ቻምበር ኦፍ ኮሜርስ ከተመሰረተ አምስት አመት የሞላው ሲሆን ሰባ አምስት አመት ካስቆጠረው አዲስ ቻምበር ጋር በጋራ ጉዳዮች ዙርያ አብሮ ለመስራት ፍላጎት እንዳለው አሳይቷል፡፡
የሁለቱ ምክር ቤቶች ከፍተኛ የስራ ሃላፊዎች በአዲስ ቻምበር ዋና መስሪያ ቤት በመገኘት ሰፊ ውይይት አካሄደዋል፡፡
ባደረጉት ውይይትም ሁለቱ ምክር ቤቶች በንግድ ልውውጥ ፤ኢንቨስትመንት ትስስርን በማጠናከር እንዲሁም የጋራ ኢንቨስትመንት መድረኮችን በጋራ ለማዘጋጀት የሚያስችላቸውን ምክክር አካሄደዋል፡፡
ከዚህም ባለፈ የንግድ ልኡካንን ለመላላክና ፤ የንግድ ትርኢትን በጋራ ለማዘጋጀት በሚያስችሉ ጉዳዮች ዙርያ መክረዋል፡፡
የአዲስ ቻምበር ዋና ጸሀፊ አቶ ሺበሺ ቤተማርያም ምክር ቤቱ በኢትዮጵያ ጠንካራ የግል ተቋም እንዲፈጠር የሚያስችል ዘርፈ ብዙ አገልግሎቶችን እየሰጠ እንደሚገኝ የተናገሩ ሲሆን በተለይም እያካሄደ ባለው የሪፎርም ፕሮግራም አማካኝነት ምክር ቤቱ የዳያስፖራ ኢንቨስትመንት አገልግሎት ማቋቋሙን የገለጹ ሲሆን በውጭ ሀገር የሚገኙ የቢዝነስ ተቋማት እንዲህ አይነት እድሎችን መጠቀም እንደሚገባቸው አሳስበዋል፡፡
