የኪራይ ዋጋ በማናርና የጎብኚዎችን የመግቢያ ዋጋ በባዛር ግብይት ላይ እንዲጨምር የሚያደርጉ ሁኔታዎች እየበዙ በመሆኑ ማዕከሉ በራሱ ባዛሮችን እያዘጋጄ መሆኑን ገልፀዋል።
