የአገራችን የፋይናንስ ዘርፍ ለረዥም አመታት ለውጪ ገበያ ዝግ ሆነው ከቆዩት የንግድ ዘርፎች አንዱ አንደነበር ይታወሳል፡፡
ዘርፉ ዝግ ሆኖ የቆየበት አንዱ ምክንያት የአገር ውስጥ ባንኮች እና መድን ሰጪ ኩባንያዎች አቅማቸወን እስኪያጎለብቱ በሚል ላላፉት 30 ዓመታት ገደማ የመንግሥት ከለላ ተደርጎላቸው ቆይተዋል፡፡
ነገርግን መንግሥት በቅርቡ የፋይናንስ ዘርፉን ለገበያ ክፍት እንዲሆን የወሰደውን የፖሊሲ እርምጃ ተከትሎ በባንኮች እና በኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያዎች መንደር የውጭ ኩባንያዎች ሊያስከትሉት የሚችለውን ጠንካራ ውድድር በማሰብ በተለያዩ ወገኖች ተስፋ እና ስጋቶች ይነሳሉ፡፡
በዚሁ ጉዳይ ላይ የኢትዮጵያ መድን ሰጪዎች ማሕበር ፕሬዝደንት የሆኑት አቶ ያሬድ ሞላ በተለይ ለአዲስ ቻምበር ንግድና ልማት ጋዜጣ ጋር ባደረጉት ቆይታ የአገር ውስጥ መድን ሰጪ ኩባንያዎች በአብዛኛው በግሉ ዘርፍ የተያዙ እና ከምስረታቸው ጀምሮ የውጪ መሰል ኩባንያዎች ጋራ በትብብር የሚሰሩ በመሆናቸው በስራ ጸባያቸው አስቀድመው ከውጪ መድን ሰጪዎች እና የጠለፋ ዋስትና ሰጪዎች ጋር በውድድር እና በትብብር ሲሰሩ ቆይተዋል ብለዋል፡፡
ስለዚህ መንግሥት የፋይናንስ ዘርፉን ለውጪ ገበያ መክፈቱ ተገቢ እና ወቅታዊ አንደሆነ ፕሬዝደንቱ ተናግረዋል፡፡
ለአፍሪቃ ነጻ ገበያም ሆነ በዓለም ገበያ ምሕዳር በመድን ቢዝነስ ገበያ ላይ ብቁ ተወዳዳሪ ሆነን ለመገኘት ዝግጅት አድርገናል ብለዋል፡፡
የአገር ውስጥ ኩባንያዎች በዓለም ደረጃ የተለመዱ ፤አዳዲስ እና በቴክኖሎጂ የታገዙ የመንድን አገልግሎቶች ተወዳድሮ ለማቅረብ በቂ ዝግጅት አድርገዋል ብለዋል፡፡
