The confederation of Danish Industries(DI) provides capacity building training to the staff of Addis Chamber about “ Skill Development for TVET “.
Supported by DI East Africa and facilitated by Addis Chamber, the 2 days’ workshop is held in Addis Ababa, Harmony Hotel.
The main objectives of the workshop are to offer practical guidance on how to integrate skill development strategies into chamber’s operations and advocacy efforts.
The training workshop highlighted the importance of effective TVET sector for the Ethiopian economy and the need to involve companies in the system .
During the discussion experts from denmark and participants from the chamber have shared their experience on how to influence businesses make a meaningful commitment and continuing advocacy for the prevalence of a meaningful TVET system for the private sector.
The Chamber has a project partnership with Denmark Industry since 2014.
