የቦርድ አባላትን በመወከል የምስጋና ንግግር ያደረጉት ወ/ሮ መሰንበት ምክር ቤቱ በርካታ ተግዳሮቶችን በመቋቋም ለስኬት መብቃቱ የሚደነቅ ነው ብለዋል፡፡

የተቋም ዘላቂነትን ለማረጋገጥ ሰራተኞች በጥምረትና በቡድን መንፈስ የመስራት ባህልን በማጠናከር በመጪው አዲስ አመት የበለጠ ውጤት እንዲያስመዘግቡ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል፡፡

በዚህ የምስጋና ቀን ንግግር ያደረጉት የምክር ቤቱ ዋና ጸሀፊ አቶ ሺበሺ ቤተማርያም ምክር ቤቱን ተወዳዳሪና ዘላቂ ተቋምን ለመፍጠር የሚያስችል መዋቅር ተግባራዊ መደረጉን ተናግረዋል፡፡

በኢትዮጵያ ተወዳዳሪ የግል ዘርፍ እውን እንዲሆን ምክር ቤቱ በ2015 አ.ም የቢዝነስ ኢኖቬሽንና የዳይሬክተሮች ኢንስቲትዩት አገልግሎቶችን መጀመሩን ያስታወሱ ሲሆን ይህ ትልቅ ስኬት እንደሆነና በምክር ቤቱ የተመዘገቡ ስኬቶች የተቀናጀ አሰራር ውጤት መሆኑን ዋና ጸሀፊው አክለው ተናግረዋል፡፡

በመጨረሻም ሰራተኞች ምክር ቤቱ ያስቀመጣቸውን ግቦች ለማሳካት በትጋት እንዲንቀሳቀሱና በፕረዚደንቷ የተላለፉ ቁልፍ መልእክቶችን ተግባራዊ እንዲያደርጉ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል፡፡
