ይህ የተገለፀው የአዲስ አበባ ንግድና ዘርፍ ማህበራት ምክር ቤት ከኢትዮጵያ ሂሳብ አያያዝና ኦዲት ሪፖርት ጋር በመተባባር ለንግዱ ህብረተሰብ የዓለም አቀፍ የፋይናንስ ሪፖርት ትግበራን በተመለከተ በተካሄደ የግንዛቤ ማሰጨበጫ መድረክ ላይ ነው፡፡
በቦርዱ የህግ ማስከበር መሪ ሰራ አስፈጻሚ አቶ ወርቁ አዲስ አመታዊ ገቢው 300 ሚሊየን ብር የሆነ ፣ በስሩ 200ና ከዚያ በላይ ሰራተኞችን ቀጥሮ የሚያሰራ እንዲሁም ጠቅላላ እዳው 200 ሚሊየን ብር በላይ የሆነ ድርጅት የኦዲት ሪፖርቱን ሰኔ 30 2015 ሙሉ በሙሉ በIFRS ማቅረብ አለበት ብለዋል፡፡
የህዝብ ጥቅም ያለባቸው የሚባሉት ድርጅቶች ባንኮች ፣ መድህን ድርጅቶች የመንግስት ልማት ድርጅቶች ፣ የበጎ አደራጎት ድርጅቶች ፣ ህብረት ስራ ዩኒዮኖች ፣ ሽማቾችና ማህበራት የመሳሳሉት ተቋማት ናቸው ፡፡
በሌላ በኩል አመታዊ ገቢያቸው ከ20 ሚሊየን እስከ 300 ሚሊየን ብር ገቢ ያላቸው የስራተኛ ብዛት ደግሞ 20 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ ሰራተኞች ያሉት አነሰተኛና መካከለኛ የቢዝነስ ድርጅቶች በ2016 ሰኔ ላይ ተግባራዊ ማድረግ ይጠበቅባቸዋል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል ፡፡
የአዲት ስራውን የሚሰሩ ባለሙያዎችም ከቦርዱ ፍቃድና እና እውቅና ያገኙ የኩባንያው የአካውንታንት ባለሙያ ወይንም የወጪ ኦዲተሮች መሆን አለባቸው ተብሏል ፡፡
የኦዲት ቦርዱ ምክትል ዋና ዳሬክተር አቶ ፍቃዱ አጎናፍር በበኩላቸው አዋጅ ቁጥር 847 / 2006 ከመወጣቱ በፊት ራሱን የቻለ ስታንዳርድ አልነበረም ፤ በዚህም ችግሮች ይፈጠሩ እንደነበር ጠቅሰዋል ፡፡
በመሆኑም የዓለም አቀፍ የፋይናንስ ሪፖርት ሰርዓት ትግበራ ሪፖርት አቅራቢ አካላት ወደዚህ አሰራር እንዲገቡ ፍኖተ ካርታ ተሰርቶ በ2012 ሁሉም ሪፖርት አቅራቢ አካላት ሪፖርት ያቀርባሉ ተብሎ ቢጠበቅም ከባንኮች በስተቀር ሌሎች ጊዜ በመፍለጋቸው እስከ 2016 እንዲራዘም መደረጉን ገልፀዋል ፡፡
የአዲስ አበባ ንግድና ዘርፍ ማህበራት ምክር ቤት ዋና ፀሀፊ አቶ ሺበሺ ቤተማርያም በበኩላቸው ዘመናዊ የሂሳብ አያያዝ ሪፖርት ስርዓት አጋርነት ለመፈጠር ፣ በሽርክና ለመሰራት እንዲሁም በካፒታል ገበያ ሰርዓት ውስጥ ለመሳተፍ እና ውጤታማ ለመሆን ወሳኝ ነው ብለዋል ፡፡
ንግድ ምክር ቤታቸው ኩባንያዎችን ለማዘመን የሚረዱ ማንኛውንም አይነት ጥረት እንደሚያበረታታ እና እንደሚደግፍ ገልጸዋል፡፡
የአዲት ሪፖርቱ ሰኔ 30 ከተዘጋ በኃላ ሪፖርቱ በአራት ወራት ጊዜ ውስጥ በቅድሚያ ለኦዲት ቦርድ መስሪያ ቤት ከቀረበ በኃላ ፣ ለባንክ እና ለገቢዎች በIFRS የተሰራ ተመሳሳይ ሪፖርት መቅረብ እንዳለበት ተገልጿል።
የዓለም አቀፍ የፋይንስ ሪፖርት ትግበራን በኢትዮጵያ ገቢራዊ መደረግ ግልፅና በቀላሉ ሊረዱት የሚችል የፋይናንስ ሪፖርት አዘገጃጀት ሰርዓት እንዲኖር ማድረግ አንዱ ሲሆን ፤ ወጥ የሆነ የፋይናንስ ሪፖርት አዘገጃጀትና አቀራረብ እንዲኖር በማድረግ ያልተማከለ የነበረውን የፋይናንስ ሪፖርት አቀራረብ እንዲኖር በማድረግ ግልፅነትና ተጠያቂነት የሚያጎለብት ከመሆኑም በላይ ድርጅትን ከመፍረስ ያድናል ተብሏል፡፡
በግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ መርሀግብሩ ላይ ከ አንድ መቶ በላይ የአዲስ ቻምበር አባላት ተገኝተዋል፡፡
