አዲስ የታሰበው የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ አዋጅ ዘርፉን በሚያሳድግ መልኩ እንዲቃኝም የኢትዮጵያ አስጎብኝዎች ማህበር ጠይቋል፡፡
ዘርፉ በመንግስት ትኩረት የተደረገበት ቢሆንም የታቀዱት ሁሉ መሬት ባለመውረዳቸው ምክንያት ብዙ አስጎብኝዎች ከዘርፉ ለመውጣት ተገደዋል ተብሏል፡፡
የአዲስ አበባ ንግድ እና የዘርፍ ማህበራት ምክር ቤት ‘በኢትዮጵያ ያለው የቱሪዝም አስጎብኚዎች ዘርፍ እድልና ተግዳሮት” በሚል የቻምበር የቢዝነስ ፎረም ውይይት ከባለድርሻዎች ጋር አካሂዷል፡፡
በውይይቱ በዘርፉ የተሰማሩ ባለድርሻዎች የመንግስት ተወካዮች የተሳተፉበት ሲሆን የኢትዮጵያ አስጎብኝዎች ማህበር ፕሬዝዳንት ወ/ሮ አንድነት ፈለቀ ዘርፉ ያለበትን ወቅታዊ ሁኔታ እና ከመንግስት ስለሚጠበቀው ድጋፍ ማብራርያ ሰጥተዋል፡፡
የማህበሩ ፕሬዝዳንት ዘርፉ ከኮቪድ እና የጸጥታ ችግር ከፈጠረበት ጫና ተላቆ ወደ መደበኛ እንቅስቃሴው እንዲመለስ የተለየ አሰራር እንደሚያስፈልገው አንስተው በአሁኑ ሰአት መንግስት ጫናውን ከግምት በማስገባት ዘርፉ ከተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ነጻ መደረግ እንዳለበት አጽንኦት ሰጥተዋል፡፡
አዲስ የታሰበውን የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ አዋጅን መነሻ በማድረግ ማብራርያ የሰጡት የምክር ቤቱ የግልግል ተቋም ዳሬክተር አቶ ዮሃንስ ወ/ገብርኤል የሌሎች ሀገሮችን ተሞክሮ በመጥቀስ እና ዘርፉ ያለበትን ውስብስብ ችግር በማየት አዲሱ አዋጅ ከተቻለ ሙሉ በሙሉ ከተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ነጻ የሚያደርግ አልያም ዝቅተኛ ምጣኔ የያዘ ሊሆን እንደሚገባ ጠቁመዋል፡፡
የምክር ቤቱ ዋና ጸሃፊ አቶ ሺበሺ ቤተማርያም በበኩላቸው በአስጎብኚነት ሥራ ላይ ለተሰማሩ ንግድ ድርጅቶች ላይ ሊጣል በታቀደው የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (ተዕታ) ረቂቅ አዋጅ ላይ አዲስ ቻምበር ምክረ-ሃሳቡን ለኢፌዲሪ ገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር ማቅረቡን ገልጸዋል፡፡
ይህ የቻምበር ፎረም የውይይት ፕሮግራም የንግዱ ሕብረተሰብ አባላትን ዕውቀት እና ግንዛቤ ከማስፋት ባሻገር ነጋዴዎች በመረጃ ላይ የተመሠረተ ውሣኔ እንዲያሳልፉ፣ መንግሥት በተለያየ ጊዜ የሚያወጣቸውን የንግድ ሕጐችን እና ደንቦችን ጠንቅቆ በመረዳት መብታቸውን በአግባቡ እንዲጠቀሙ ግዴታቸውንም እንዲወጡ በብሔራዊ እና በዓለማቀፋዊ ገበያዎች ውስጥ ብቁና ተወዳዳሪ እንዲሆኑ ጠቃሚ መረጃዎች በመስጠት አቅም ይፈጥርላቸዋል ብለዋል፡፡
