As part of its strategic & institutional reform process, Addis Chamber has embarked on modernizing its services and management using the state of the art management system.
Along such journey, senior management of Addis Chamber has attended a day long training workshop aimed at equipping its staffs with ERP implementation.
Putting in place the new ERP at the Chamber system will alleviate challenges and gaps associated with service delivery and management, speaks Zekarias Assefa, Acting Secretary General from Addis Chamber, in his remark during the training workshop.
It is also highlighted that upon its implementation, the new ERP system will be expected to excel the service delivery as well as modernizing the organizational performance and working system of the Chamber.
Embracing 13 ERP application modules such as financial control , HR ,payroll system, procurement and property administration, call center, communication and events as well as payment collection modules that are going to be executed by all departments.
