Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) agreement with Global customer service Inistitute , GCSI (Alta counciling) to work in partnership, April 13, 2023@the premise of the chamber, Addis Ababa.
Mr. Shibeshi Bettemariam ( Secretary General of the Addis chamber) & Mr. Tewodros Kelemwork( CEO of GCSI ) put their signage to the MoU.
The intent of the agreement includes providing customer service training, enhancing capacity building and knowledge management.
GCSI has a track record in helping individuals all over the globe to reach their maximum capacity in terms of services.
